Every building, site and property portfolio operates differently.
Whether you are responsible for commercial workplaces, housing portfolios, relocation accommodation, public sector environments or construction projects, understanding your operational requirements is the first step in identifying the right support solution.
Rather than providing generic quotations based on limited information, Light & Airey begins new client relationships through an Operational Assessment process designed to help us understand your environment, priorities and service requirements.
For more than 20 years, Light & Airey has supported organisations responsible for buildings, sites and property portfolios across the South West.
Today, we provide Facilities Support + Property Operations services across commercial workplaces, housing portfolios, relocation accommodation and construction environments. Our role is to help clients maintain safe, compliant and operationally ready environments through a managed delivery approach built on accountability, communication and consistent service standards.
While the services we deliver have evolved over time, our focus remains unchanged: providing reliable support that enables clients to concentrate on their core operations with confidence.
From domestic cleaning to coordinated facilities and property operations, our development has followed the needs of the clients we support.
Today, Light & Airey brings more than 20 years of experience together under one operating model: Facilities Support + Property Operations. Commercial cleaning remains a core service, alongside property turnaround, construction support, grounds maintenance and associated property services — coordinated with clear oversight and a single point of accountability.
Over a seven-year period, Light & Airey coordinated large-scale summer accommodation programmes for EF International Language Schools, preparing more than 250+ student rooms per week across multiple buildings while continuing to support year-round residential accommodation.
This required detailed workforce planning, recruitment, training, scheduling and quality assurance within strict occupation deadlines.
"Our growth has been driven by the trust our clients place in us and the increasing responsibility they ask us to take on"
Specialist partners working within our established service framework and expectations.
Coordinated planning, communication, scheduling and quality assurance from start to finish.
As the needs of our clients continue to evolve, so does our approach.
We continue to invest in the systems, processes and partnerships required to support buildings, sites and property portfolios across the South West.
By combining operational experience, structured service delivery and a commitment to accountability, Light & Airey remains focused on helping organisations maintain safe, compliant and operationally ready environments now and into the future.
One Team. Every Task. For Every Property.
