Spaceworks is a leading Bristol provider of managed workspaces, offices, and business centres. They support a diverse community of growing businesses across the city.

They appointed Light & Airey to address inconsistent service standards from a previous supplier. Although they valued the on-site cleaners, they needed responsive facilities support. They required high operational standards across their commercial portfolio.

Initially appointed to maintain communal areas throughout four business centres, the relationship quickly developed as Spaceworks gained confidence in our responsiveness, communication and service delivery.

The relationship has grown from four business centres to six, with service hours increasing across several locations to support changing operational requirements.

Over time, Spaceworks has consolidated additional services under the Light & Airey contract, reducing the need to manage multiple suppliers and providing a more streamlined approach to facilities support.

Services previously sourced separately, including floor maintenance and consumable supplies, are now coordinated through a single trusted provider.

This enables Spaceworks to benefit from consistent communication, simplified supplier management and a single point of accountability across multiple service areas.
